Welcome! This is Fundamentals of Proposal, and Grant Writing Training in Uganda.

Lastly, we shall learn why it’s important to keep funders informed of your progress and how to do it. We shall outline the keys to maintaining a good relationship with your funders, how to leverage successful projects for future funding, and what to do if your grant proposal is rejected.

Depending on the size and complexity of the proposal required, a proficient team is a necessity to producing a winning proposal.

Planning to Write Your Grant Proposal.

During this session, we will focus on the different types of funders and how they typically provide support to projects and organizations. We will also discuss what donors typically expect from you and your organization. You will learn how you can leverage your assets to make yourself more attractive to Grantmakers before you can approach them for funding.

Grant Research:

This component of the training builds participants’ skills in identifying prospective grants and synchronize the relationship between the organization’s mission and the funder’s priorities.

It further involves assessment of the funder’s areas of interest and Award amounts and studying the funder’s website.  As such; HE Consulting provides incumbents with information on the various sources/information about granting agencies and grant programs.

Planning to write your Grant Proposal:
