Introduction to The Course

Learn How to Identify Training Needs, Design, And Deliver Training, Assess Learning and Measure Success in Workplace Training. Acquire Skills of Creating Training Sessions for A Range of Learning Styles.

Our training of trainers will give you an in-depth insight into delivering engaging training sessions both online and in the classroom to cater to a whole range of learning styles. You’ll discover a range of assessment techniques to verify students’ understanding.

The Training of Trainers (ToT) is delivered by expert facilitators who share the tools and techniques you need to be a more effective facilitator.

We engage all our participants in facilitated discussions, group exercises, games, and illustrated presentations. When we take you “behind the scenes”, you discover how to develop course content, manage the training room and adapt to the needs of learners.

Gain in-depth knowledge of learning theories and how people learn. In a post-COVID-19 world, students are increasingly needing to learn online.

You’ll cover strategies on how best to deliver learning both online and in the classroom. You’ll also identify a range of different learning theories to help cover a range of different bases on how people learn.

You can easily gain an understanding of your responsibilities as a trainer, teacher or tutor, and will tackle the legislation that will need to be covered during any training session.

Plan and design training sessions to meet learner needs by maximizing learning during a session using a range of teaching strategies. the ultimate aim is to deliver a motivating presentation in a supportive learning environment.

You’ll also cover a range of summative and formative assessment methods – such as standardized tests, exams, model-eliciting activities, and feedback – to assess and mark learners, and will decipher which ones to use when.


Principles of Learning – how adults learn

Learn how to review learning models and discover popular theories about how people learn. You can use some of these principles in your teaching strategies in an adult learning environment.

Identify Genuine Training Needs

Learn how to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in your company/organization and identify individual learning needs to ensure you fully comprehend the training requirements.

Plan and Design Training Activities

Create logical learning objectives to ensure that training needs are met. Learn how to prepare supporting documentation such as session plans and a scheme of work. We provide useful templates with advice on how to create engaging training materials.

Delivery of Training, Classroom, and Online

Discover the importance of pre-course preparation and selection of suitable learning environments. Deliver effective training sessions in the classroom and online using a range of techniques and resources.

Assessment of Learning

Learn about the different types of assessment and how to assess learners using various methods, both informal and formal.


Measure the effectiveness of your training course, events, and training department as a whole. Create Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to monitor your training department with advice on producing management reports on what you have performed as a department.

We shall also cover important aspects of emotional intelligence and its impact in the classroom, components of a successful training presentation, administrative arrangements and logistics, working with other trainers, and Time Management in The Seminar Room
