These are some of the services we provide as an Employer of Record (EOR):

1. Onboarding

We offer full-service employee onboarding. We support employees to get started. We create contracts, acquire signatures, collect all the necessary paperwork, and compliance registration. We then add new employees to the company’s payroll. Sometimes we’re required to obtain work permits as part of their onboarding.

2. Payroll Management

We handle payroll processing, tax and benefits enrollment, and administrative functions. The payroll management process includes various tasks such as paying employees on time, calculating gross to net pay, processing and reporting payroll, administering payroll-related data, calculating and paying overtime, and deducting statutory fees like NSSF, URA, and Local Service Tax.

It also involves forwarding payments to the respective statutory bodies and sending payment reports to the client. Additionally, pay computations are carried out to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the payroll management system.

3. A Single Point of Contact

To address any urgent needs or inquiries regarding staffing in Uganda, you will communicate with your designated representative. You will be assigned a relationship manager who will be responsible for providing you with all necessary information as well as managing your correspondence.

Our Firm is that trusted third-party organization that takes on the responsibility of being the official employer for a group of workers, often on a temporary or contingent basis. Sometimes, we call this arrangement “co-employment.”

Robert Mwesige

Robert is a Certified Trainer with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Bank of Uganda. He specializes in training in Business, HR, and Financial Literacy. Additionally, Robert Mwesige is certified by Google, the HubSpot Academy, OpenClassrooms, and Accenture in Digital Marketing.

He received an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington DC, USA. He also holds an MBA in Marketing from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pimpri, Pune, India, and a First-Class Honors Degree in International Development Studies from KYU, Kampala.

Currently, he works as a Senior Consultant in HR and Business Services at Houston Executive Consulting. He is also the Content Designer (Web Editor) and SEO Consultant at Geotech ICT Consulting – Uganda.

Furthermore, Robert Mwesige is an entrepreneur and owns Guiding Lads Uganda Ltd., a Tour and Travel Company in Uganda. In his role as a Visionary Leader, Robert is tasked with identifying opportunities, making strategic decisions, and creating customer value. During his free time, he enjoys live band music with Ugandan Afro Beat Songs, Gospel, South African Oldies, Congolese Soukous, and Ballroom Rumba.
